On 1 October, in Porto, the first meeting of the “Lunches with the Country Manager” initiative took place, bringing together nine assistants from clinics in the North and Centre regions.

The participants were selected for their professionalism, dedication, and the exemplary way they embody Diaverum’s values.

The main goal of this project is to create a space for sharing and dialogue in an informal and welcoming environment, strengthening the connection between employees and Diaverum’s top management.

We believe that listening to, valuing, and recognising our teams is essential for us to continue growing together, reinforcing the spirit of closeness that sets us apart.

The next meeting is already scheduled for 8 October, in Lisbon, with assistants from clinics in the region.
