Who does the Code of Conduct apply to?

The Diaverum Code of Conduct applies to all Diaverum employees and to any individuals performing work within or on behalf of Diaverum.

What is the purpose of the Code of Conduct?

To clearly establish the legal, ethical, and social standards that apply to all covered individuals, ensuring these are reflected in their professional conduct.


Our Code of Conduct is built on four pillars:

1. Sustainability

The Code of Conduct is directly linked to our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. This commitment guides our day-to-day activities across five key areas: our Patients, our Employees and their wellbeing, Access to Care, Corporate Responsibility, and the Environment.

2. Ethics and Compliance

We conduct our business in a moral, ethical, and socially responsible manner, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Accountability, transparency, ethical behaviour, and respect are the characteristics that make Diaverum a trusted partner.

3. Workplace Conduct

Diaverum does not tolerate any form of workplace violence, forced labour, or child labour. We show respect in every interaction with patients and colleagues, recognising diversity and differences, and valuing each individual. Diaverum strives to promote diversity and does not engage in or support any form of discrimination.

4. Reporting Violations

Communication is essential, and it is important that employees feel comfortable raising concerns and asking questions. We call this the right and ability to “SpeakUP!” This mechanism provides a safe way to report suspected misconduct—actions that do not align with applicable law and/or Diaverum’s values and policies—and that may harm individuals or our company.
