Diaverum Portugal will hold, on 20 November, the symposium “CKD in the Era of Precision Medicine: Translating Science into Patient Care”, as part of the Renal Meeting 2025, taking place at the Estoril Congress Centre.
The symposium will be held from 17:55 to 18:55, in the SPN Auditorium, and will feature the participation of distinguished national and international experts. The session will be chaired by Fernando Macário and moderated by Rui Filipe and Luísa Lobato.
