The Diaverum Estoril clinic recently welcomed a group of Danish patients who chose Portugal as their holiday destination, undergoing their haemodialysis treatments with us.
The group’s leader, Jette Thaarup, from the Danish Kidney Patients Association (Nyreforeningen), shared her experience:

Everyone felt warmly welcomed at the clinic, appreciated the competence of the medical team, and valued the presence of Danish nurses. They also enjoyed trips to Cascais and Lisbon, with Portugal’s mild climate. I would definitely recommend Portugal as a holiday destination for dialysis patients – and I hope to return in the future.”
