Creating memories, strengthening relationships, and celebrating what brings us together beyond work.
With this purpose, Diaverum Portugal once again marked Diaverum Family Day, one of the most special moments of the year for our professionals and their families.
In 2026, the event took on a new format, being held by region, allowing for broader participation and making it easier for employees from across the country to attend. This change brought teams closer together and resulted in a very strong turnout, reinforcing the sense of belonging that defines Diaverum’s culture.
The first initiative took place on May 31 in the Central region, featuring a lively kayak descent along the Mondego River, filled with moments of adventure, socialising, and team spirit.
On June 21, it was the turn of the North and South regions to come together for activities designed for all ages.
In the North, Parque Geração Aventura in Paredes, welcomed dozens of participants for a day full of fun, featuring paintball, climbing, a zip line, human table football, and inflatables for children.

In the South, the gathering took place in Jamor, where families and professionals shared moments of tree-top activities, archery, and a walk in close contact with nature.

More than just a day of activities, Diaverum Family Day represents an investment in people. It’s an opportunity to strengthen bonds between colleagues, involve families in the organisation’s reality, and create relaxed moments that contribute to a closer, more collaborative, and more human work environment.
Diaverum Portugal would like to thank the Well-Being and Communications teams – Joana Cal, Magda Dinis, Ana Fabricante, Mafalda Cabral, Elisabete Carvalho, and Luís Carrasco – for planning and promoting the event, as well as the nurses Luísa Mota and Miguel Gonçalves (North), Magda Dinis and Ricardo Duarte (Centre), and Carina Carreira and Alberto Barros (South).
May this annual initiative continue to bring more people together each year!
