After two very productive meetings in the northern and central regions, the social service team brings together partners from the southern region at the Linda-a-Velha Unit.
A new meeting was held on 26 May with the partner entities with whom the Social Service team works daily to find resources to meet the social needs of Diaverum patients and families.
This meeting was attended by 45 representatives from various entities: Hospitals, Health Centres, Municipal Councils, IPSS, ERPI and UNRNCC, who, together with Diaverum Social Workers, share the commitment to caring for people with chronic kidney disease and their carers.
We congratulate Social Service Coordinator Marta Olim and the entire team for their dedication in organising these types of initiatives. We believe that strengthening relationships with all partners will enable us to generate fruitful collaborations, in line with our commitment to promoting a better quality of life for patients.
